This person used credit cards to get cash and put it in a safe deposit box after three years and $100,000.00 stashed they filed Chapter 7 credit card consumer debt and took a hit on thier credit for a few years but got $100,000.00 to keep for now. But now some one they know may be able to show a lot of proof that this person really did do this and they are worried that the u.s.bankruptcy court may look back into thier case which is not very old.Could this person go to jail for this if it is found to be a crime. And can the bankruptcy court look into this persons bank accounts and credit card history to see that nothing was ever bought with these credit cards it was all just cash advances at a very low fixed rate.
