Company i worked 4 went into IVA, can i take out private summons for moneies owed 2 me instead of the offer of 17pence to the pound? money owed to me is wk in hand, wk in leiu of notice, and holiday pay for 6mth employment. this has dragged on for 6mth, just received offer today of 17p in the pound for one wk work.
