I currently have an IVA which will last another 5 years. Im 32 and about to get married and want to have children before 5 years time. I wondered if anyone else has been in the same situation and could tell me what they did please regarding payments whilst on maternity leave with very little or no income. My fiance isnt a high earner so we genuinely wouldnt be able to keep up the payments - would this automatically result in being made bankrupt, or do they make allowances?
