i am now unemployed and need to go bankrupt.the debts are in my name alone although i am married,will my husbands wage be affected by me going bankrupt?
most of my husbands wage pays the priority living expenses and his own debts so i have none left over to pay my debts with....we want to know if my husbands wages will change or even have to be taken into account by the bankruptcy people.
