As this useless government tries to wriggle out of self-inflicted debt by raising ?green taxes?, it raises the following question:
Is the Government exempt from criminal prosecution? Are its ministers now above the rule of law?
Green taxes are all based on the deception that man-made carbon emissions are a major contributing factor in global warming/climate change.
The word deception is appropriate because, earlier this year the government were forced to admit that over the last 650,000 years, CO2 levels followed 800 ? 2,000 years behind rises in temperature.
Obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception is a criminal offence
The legislation reads something like this:
Anyone who obtains a pecuniary advantage by any deception for himself or for another is guilty of theft.
The deception in this case is the government's claim that tax increases are needed to reduce carbon dioxide levels to protect the environment; that man-mad CO2 is the cause of global warming.
However, when the government was taken to court over plans to show the Al Gore political, unscientific, sci-fi film, 'An Inconvenient Truth' in schools, the government's own expert was forced to admit to eleven serious scientific errors contained in the film; one of which was this:
The film suggests that evidence from ice cores proves that rising CO2 causes temperature increases over 650,000 years.
The Court found that the film was misleading: over that period the rises in CO2 lagged behind the temperature rises by 800-2000 years.
So the lie of global warming is now established in law. Rising temperatures result in rises in CO2 levels 800 -2000 years later.
The government is knowingly and deliberately defrauding? no, stealing from the taxpayer by using a criminal deception, and should face a criminal investigation by the police like any other bunch of common swindlers.
To revolt against being robbed by the state, cut and paste the above to your computer, compose a letter to your local MP and Police Authority demanding that government ministers end all green taxes and be prosecuted.
Email it to all your friends and request they do likewise.
Is it not time to demonstrate to the bunch of thieves in parliament, real people power?
