Debt Consolidation Advice! Please Help.?

I am in debt by quite a considerable amount and would like to possibly consolidate my debts so that I can afford to pay them off better and also to be able to just pay one monthly payment.
I dont know much about all this and was wondering if I do this will the company actually pay off my debts so that my credit score will be getting repaired why

hi my husband had to change his job and now he earns alot less than he did before and now we are relay struggling to make ends meet i work to but we have 2 kids so i dont have the option to work more hours I'm in touch with the CAB. but at the moment there not doing a great deal to help. iv even phoned places about consolidation but they said

Don't need anyone telling me how silly I am etc - just looking for a bit of advice.
I'm 4 and a half months pregnant - stable relationship and live in privately rented house with my boyfriend of 4 years.
I did a check on equifax as I have never had a good credit score and want to sort it out with the aim to possibly buy a house

Myself and my hubby are considering bankruptcy. Its a long story but he was laid off work 2 days before our son was born and debts mounted up. We took more credit out to juggle debts and a consolidation loan although we now both earn around £1200 per month less and can barely afford to live never mind pay the debts.

I'm in a real mess any help would be great. I'm in a lot of debt i've got a loan of 7000 and 2 credit cards with 7000 on each, my overdraft is 1500 but i'm over that so i'm getting charged 150 each month.
