I signed a contract for my friend I think we could transfer account in 28 days. but he used the phone as web browings and watch youtube. The bill was 3000 this month and Vodafone said I have to pay it. That is true. I made a huge mistake. But in fact, it is not all my fault but some my friends. And he accept to pay this.
my problem was about the debt. I am going to pay the debt to vodafone but I can't afford it so far. I am a student and need to find a work fist. anyone knows how to reduce the debt or increase the length of payment?
Second, I wanna ask about the debt between me and others. If both us agree to make an agreement for him to pay me this amount, is that a legal document? and, do I have right to ask him to pay if he sign?
