Could two of my creditors find out that I had paid off two of my other creditors?

We can help you consolidate your existing debt into one manageable amount to pay each month.

I have a DMP with a well-known charity debt management company. Through them I am paying off seven credit cards by voluntary agreements. In a few months' time I should receive a payment that would enable me to pay off two of these creditors with full and final settlements. One of the five that I do not intend to pay off (because I won't have enough money) has a charging order on my property but has told the court that they will not seek enforcement. The payment I make to this last creditor is under an informal agreement, not a court order. Would the creditor with the charging order find out that I had paid two of my other creditors off? If so, could they take any action against me? Also, I have an eighth creditor who has a CCJ against me, but no charging order, and I pay monthly payments to this credit card company direct under a court order. Could this creditor find out I had paid off two of my other creditors and could they take any action?
