gettin an equal pay settlement have waited 2 years and got a nice sum but edinburgh counicl is takin all the money as i do owe it. for council tax i understand that but that was to help me get out of debt the pay settlement by law can i at least pay half and keep the rest to help me out at least i am payin it back and am nearly there but it seems they dont bother how i got into debt and how im tryin to do better for maself thanks
